April 16, 2008 - This weeks dumbest criminal appeared at Northside Exxon located at 2652 North Highland. The suspect walks into the store goes to the rest room but the door is locked. He tries another door and it’s the back room where he decides to take the cash box. After taking the cash box he sees he can’t get passed the clerk so he stashes the box in the women’s restroom leaving empty handed.

April 2, 2008 - Crime Stoppers would like to give you a tip; it’s never to leave your wallet or purse on or under the seat of your car or this could happen to you.
On March 25th the victim’s purse was stolen from her car and just a few hours later the suspect you see in the video was buying beer and other items with her debit card.
The card was used 3 times at several locations.

March 12, 2008 - Now let’s solve this crime. On March 7th around 9:00 PM Exxon located at Highland and Carriage House was the victim of armed robbery. The black/male steps behind the counter tells the victim to open the register and give him all the cash. After doing so the suspect escorted the victim outside before running away.
March 5, 2008 - Well just when you think you have seen it all. Look again. The video your about to see is at Circle K Store located at the Bypass and Old Hickory Blvd. The clerk gets very sick and tries to step outside to get some air when he passes out. This suspect pulls him back in the store and after doing so locks the door trying several times to open the register. This suspect never called the police or E.M.S. but stole several items from the store.

If you don’t call Crime Stoppers about drug dealers in your neighborhood the problem will continue to grow and so will other crimes such as Burglary, Robbery and Theft because the drug addict will do anything for drugs.
If you suspect someone is selling drugs get as much information as possible, such as license numbers on vel’s the exact location of the drug dealer such as a correct address. The more information you can give, the faster the police can put them in jail.

Blaize Angol

The victim-advised police that her estranged husband (Blaize Angol) came into her home threw her to the ground tying her legs and hands. He then forced her inside a van taking her to a truck stop on Hollywood Dr where she called police.

Well, the person you're seeing is wanted as a suspect in several church burglaries. These pictures were captured on bank cameras as the suspects were trying to us credit or debit cards that were taken from Englewood Baptist.

Northgate Pharmacy, Jack Pirtle Honda and The Woman's Clinic all were victims of burglary.

Crime Stoppers and the investigators of the violent crimes unit need your help in locating a missing person. Her name is Latoya D. Cole, and here’s what happen.
Officers responded to a 911 hang-up call to check the welfare of Latoya Cole at 61 Sherwood Lane. When they arrived the front door was open, the lights were on and a radio was playing inside. Officers went inside to find the house empty, but they was blood and other evidence indicating foul play.

On November, 28th around 8:00 p.m. another murder has taken place. Crime Stoppers and the Investigators of the Violent Crimes Unit need your help to capture a dangerous suspect, and put that person behind bars.

The victim Robert James Johnson age 58. Mr. Johnson was found at 118 Farris St., murdered from several gunshot wounds. This crime has to be solved and someone knows who the killer is! Crime Stoppers has up to $1000.00 just waiting for that call to 424-8477.


November 28, 2007
The Madison County Sherriff's Department is still searching for clues that may solve the Armed Robbery of the Dollar General Store located at 5341Nika Drive in Three Way.

Here's what happened. The clerks reported that 4 black/males, two with guns demanded money. One of the suspects held a gun to the clerk's head demanding she open the safe. The suspects got away with the money. Fortunately no one was injured.


October 31, 2007
Here's what happened. On Oct 23 around 9:00 p.m. a lone black/male entered the BP Station located at 2655 N. Highland armed with a handgun. The victim Nicholas Youngberg made a grab for the suspect's gun. The suspect stepped back and shot the victim once then fled without the cash. The victim sustained a single gunshot wound to the lower torso. Hopefully he will be ok.
